The ULT HD is based on a design that is divided into the following segments:
Handling unit: The precise and safe movement of the containers takes place in this zone. The automation technology allows the personnel to work at ambient temperatures while the system efficiently realizes the handling. This ensures smooth incoming and outgoing goods.
Storage unit: The focus here is on making optimum use of space while protecting the containers at the same time. Thanks to its high density and efficient use of space, the ULT HD saves up to 70% of space compared to traditional storage rooms. The innovative cold air technology from Mirai Intex ensures that the temperature is kept constant and can be flexibly adapted to the storage requirements. In addition, the individual modules of the system are able to communicate with each other and exchange goods in order to ensure smooth operation in the event of a malfunction or failure of the refrigeration technology and to continue to provide optimum protection for the stored goods.
Machine room: The machine room contains all the technical components that enable the system to operate. The cold air chiller from Mirai Intex uses the natural refrigerant R729, which significantly reduces the CO₂ footprint. This area ensures the high energy efficiency and sustainability of the entire system.
