The BioArc Ultra offers unrivalled sample storage density and an environmentally conscious cooling system that provides significant energy savings and precise sampling capabilities 

As a space- and energy-saving alternative to manual freezer farms, the Ultra is just the right solution with reduced labour and lower operating costs. 

Storage density

With the highest storage density on the market, BioArc Ultra maximises your storage capacity like never before. The Ultra can store up to three times more samples than conventional freezers with the same footprint.

The option of up to 10 pick stations
offers the flexibility to increase throughput and/or type of labware.

The Ultra reduces space requirements by up to 73% compared to equivalent options.

Environmentally friendly cooling

The Ultra is powered by the Mirai lntex chiller, which utilises R729, a natural refrigerant derived from air that eliminates the potential for carbon emissions as well as eliminating ozone pollution.

It easily complies with environmental regulations and provides a state-of-the-art, sustainable air-based cooling solution.

Interface module for automation

The Strata Store Controller software provides tracking and reporting for the containers stored in the system. It is a powerful multi-tiered application with a user-friendly interface that provides metrics and performance data for the system. APls are also available for connection to external LIMS systems.</p

A direct connection of the storage system to an external work cell or an interface to an AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) is possible via the Automation Interface Module.

Flexibility of laboratory equipment

The system easily accommodates various types of containers, including tubes, bottles, syringes, plates, racks, cryoboxes and more. Its customisable design facilitates efficient storage and retrieval and enables the seamless integration of various laboratory workflows.
