3-segment design: efficiency meets safety

The ULT HD is based on a design that is divided into the following segments:

Handling unit: The precise and safe movement of the containers takes place in this zone. The automation technology enables personnel to work at ambient temperatures while the system realises efficient handling. This ensures smooth incoming and outgoing goods.
Storage unit: The focus here is on optimising the use of space while protecting the containers. Thanks to its high density and efficient space utilisation, the ULT HD saves up to 70% of space compared to traditional storage rooms. The innovative cold air technology from Mirai Intex ensures that the temperature is kept constant and can be flexibly adapted to the storage requirements. In addition, the individual modules of the system are able to communicate with each other and exchange goods in order to ensure smooth operation in the event of a malfunction or failure of the refrigeration technology and to continue to optimally protect the stored goods.
Machine room: The machine room contains all the technical components that enable the system to operate. The cold air chiller from Mirai Intex uses the natural refrigerant R729, which significantly reduces the CO₂ footprint. This area ensures the high energy efficiency and sustainability of the entire system.

Maximum storage density and flexibility

With the highest storage density on the market, the ULT HD enables up to five times more storage capacity than conventional storage rooms with the same space. This makes it the ideal solution for companies that want to reduce their space requirements and cut operating costs at the same time. In addition, the system is flexible and customisable, allowing it to be seamlessly integrated into various production processes. It can easily accommodate a variety of containers such as boxes, bottles, plates, racks and cryoboxes.

Focus on energy efficiency and sustainability

The ULT HD defines automated storage systems at -80 °C and places great emphasis on energy efficiency and environmental protection. The cold air technology from Mirai Intex not only reduces operating costs by up to 60%, but also significantly reduces CO₂ emissions. The use of air as a refrigerant completely eliminates the potential for carbon emissions and ozone pollution, thereby complying with all environmental regulations

The ULT HD has a freely scalable container design that enables easy expansion and adaptation to different storage requirements. Another outstanding feature is the built-in redundancy, which enables goods to be automatically relocated between modules in an emergency, thus ensuring uninterrupted operation.
