The CryoCargo110 is a mobile cryogenic trailer that includes a storage system as well as a safety, loading and unloading concept. The trailer consists of special insulating panels filled with PU foam that are mechanically stable enough for extreme temperatures.
We use the flexible units from Mirai Intex as refrigeration units to reach temperatures from -40 °C to -110 °C (optionally up to -160 °C). We integrate a suitable airlock system to ensure energy optimisation and ice fog reduction. This system is customised to your specific requirements.</p
The machine control system is implemented with an S7 and our developed safety concept and can be expanded to meet your specific requirements.
The equipment of the CryoCargo 110 includes temperature monitoring, LED lighting and shelving or rail systems.
The insulation is realised with tried-and-tested polyurethane insulating elements. These can be optimised with integrated vacuum panels depending on requirements. When cold, the inner elements contract and the outer shell remains warm. This results in mechanical stress, which is all the greater the greater the temperature difference and the higher the chamber. Our chambers are reinforced with hook fasteners so that the chambers remain mechanically stable even after many temperature changes. We also check all our installations with a thermal imaging camera to optimise penetrations, such as cable ducts and user guides
Proven low-temperature LEDs are used for the lighting, which reliably illuminate the room, introduce a low heat load into the storage room and thus greatly reduce operating costs. They are also battery-buffered so that the room can be exited safely even if the power supply is interrupted.
The turnkey solution is controlled by an industry-proven S7 1200 (Siemens).
Optionally, the system can be equipped with predictive maintanance software and tracked. This further increases reliability, and the trailer can also be equipped with a replacement controller and audit trail (GAMP 5). The control system can be integrated into the building management system (BMS) using the classic interfaces. In addition, faults can be recognised and rectified at an early stage via remote maintenance if required.
The machine room is located at the rear of the trailer.
The cold air machine, intake ducts, switch cabinets for controlling and
regulating the storage room and its components and an additional refrigeration system for cooling
the machine room are installed there. The additional refrigeration system ensures operation even at above-average outside temperatures.

We work with you to develop the optimum safety and service concept. Our trailers are characterised by non-slip floors, impact protection, bright lighting and low fog and ice formation due to the locks and mechanical de-icing. In particular, our dead man's switch, which starts a timer after the door has been opened and alerts the driver when it expires, has proved its worth. This concept can also be supplemented with an optional panic button. With the escape route and pressure equalisation valves, the rooms can always be exited safely.
The airlock system limits the ambient air and moisture that is introduced into the main storage area during loading and unloading. As a result, we achieve a clear view in the storage room and greatly reduce the formation of ice mist and ice on the floor, ensuring safe handling for personnel.
We carry out a detailed cooling load calculation based on your requirements and then use the appropriate, efficient refrigeration technology with exclusively natural refrigerants. For low temperatures below -40 °C, the cold air cooling technology from Mirai Intex with only air (R729) is used in the open version. With its mechanical defrosting, this ensures homogeneous temperature distribution, dry storage air with a dew point reduction of up to 20 °C and constant temperatures without defrost cycles.
Natural refrigerants are free from political regulations such as the F-Gas Regulation.
Generator operation enables
high availability of mobile refrigeration thanks to the extensive diesel infrastructure. Preconditioning to the
site of use is also possible.
The trailer can also be connected to a three-phase power supply to ensure operation
on site. This requires a 400V/63A mains supply, which is usually used in
industry. This allows your goods to be cooled continuously and constantly.

An airlock system is integrated to ensure energy optimisation and ice fog reduction and to provide access to the main storage room. The main task of the passively cooled airlock is to limit the amount of air exchanged between the ambient air and the main storage room.
One of the options is the airlock capacity. This function allows you to customise the size of the airlocks so that they are adapted to your goods handling system
